We can use Psalms in our daily life, each chapter has it owns way to use it, and the numbers of times that need to be read.
I am a Christian and my name is George Kaku Kwaw, a Servant of God. I like reading Psalms a lot since my childhood time, so when I was growing up I came across many books about how to use Psalms.
Others with some name’s and I don’t know if that’s names are in the bible, but one thing that I know:
Isaiah 45:23-25 says ►
23“I have sworn by Myself,
The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness
And will not turn back,
That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.
24“They will say of Me, ‘Only in the LORD are righteousness and strength.’
Men will come to Him,
And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.
25“In the LORD all the offspring of Israel
Will be justified and will glory.”
and confirm by Philippians 2:9-11
Philippians 2:9-11 ►
9. Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place,
and gave Him the name above all names,
10. that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11. and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
Act 4:12 also says ►
12. Salvation exists in no one else,
for there is no other name under heaven
given to men by which we must be saved.”
Upon this quotations, I say the is only one name that is Jesus Christ and is the only name God give to us to be saved.
I like using Psalms, us my prayers. Why?. Because I assume it a prayer that our forefathers prayed and God accepted it and it powerful that is why it been recorded down for us.
You can give it a try, keep reading it and see the Goodness of Jesus Christ in your life.
Bible quotation that backs me up:
speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord;
1 Corinthians 14:26
What is the outcome then, brethren? When you assemble, each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation Let all things be done for edification.
Thank you for your time.
